Typeface
We use the Atkinson Hyperlegible Next™ typeface. It is named after J. Robert Atkinson, the founder of the Braille Institute. Unlike traditional typefaces, it focuses on the distinction between letterforms, which makes characters easier to recognise and text easier to read. The Braille Institute of America, Inc. makes it available to everyone free of charge, including for commercial work, without derivatives or alteration.
